Detoxify Your Body

Do you want to feel lighter, more energetic and have less of a load to carry around in every way? Then start incorporating detoxification into your lifestyle. Our body cleans itself day and night automatically and it has since we were in our mother's womb. But does this mean that we don't have to worry about helping our liver, lungs, skin, kidneys, and intestines do their job? If you have a fatty meal, drink a few glasses of wine and pop a dose of acetaminophen to banish a headache, you just overloaded your liver's ability to detoxify you body. Do you want to compromise this organ's ability to help keep you healthy and cancer free?

The first step is avoiding toxin exposure whenever you can. The next step is increasing your body's ability to detoxify whenever you can.

So where are these toxins? Food, water, body care products and childrens' toys for example. Your body also generates its own toxins through breathing, eating, and even exercising! So there is no way to escape them, which is why our body is so well equipped to handle toxins and why each cell in our body has it's own defense to keep unwanted wastes out of the cell.

So what can you do to increase your body's ability to decrease your load of toxins?
