Yoga for Athletes

Mondays 7:30 - 8:45 pm with Mike

This class focuses on strengthening and stretching for the athletic mind incorporating elements of mind-body awareness in order to reduce the incidents of injury by moving slowly and consciously in and out of postures. This class will work with the athletic mind. No previous experience is required.
