Stress Reduction
We have two yoga classes specifically geared toward stress reduction: Mindful Yoga for Stress.
This class is designed to teach mindfulness and body awareness. The practice will emphasize flexibility, strengthening, and endurance of the mind and body. Amanda is trained in the Kripalu tradition.
