Sports Mental Skills Training
Amanda has along history of competitive sports involvement attending many provincial and national championships in soccer, hockey, ringette, and ultimate frisbee. After completing her eligibility with the Dalhousie Varsity Women's Hockey Team, Amanda served as an assistant coach and for 2 years worked as the mental skills trainer teaching relaxation, goal-setting, and self-observation. She is currently working with the team as the yoga instructor in which she is emphasizing strength, conditioning, and flexibility of the mind and body, body awareness, and relaxation.
She continues to enjoy working with high performance people, particularly as you strive for excellence.
