Relaxation & Work-Life Balance Workshops
Relaxation
This workshop serves as an introduction to relaxation. It includes a lecture on the psychology and neurobiology of stress. A variety of relaxation techniques can be introduced including neuromuscular relaxation, visualization, deep breathing, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and positive thinking. The workshop is tailored specifically to the organizations needs depending on resources available. For example, it can be an hour lunch 'n learn, a half- or full-day workshop, or run weekly for several weeks. For more information email or call 425-4848.
Work-Life Balance
This workshop is an introduction to the skills of work-life balance. A workbook will be included and each person will be guided to find his or her unique technique for achieving optimal work-life balance. Work-life balance is taught in a compassionate manner in which individuals are encouraged toward sustainable change rather than quick fixes. For more information email or call 425-4848.
