Infrared Sauna
Sauna Instructions
Bring along a water bottle. It is recommended that you drink lots of water during and after your session, as you will need to rehydrate your body as you sweat.
Bring 3 towels. One to wrap around you, one for after showering. We ask that you place a towel anywhere that you are touching the wood. This prevents staining. The wood in the sauna is natural, with no chemicals, paint, or finish.
Warm up on the exercise bike supplied in our sauna room for 10-15 minutes. This will raise your core temperature to help you sweat sooner.
Optimal sauna session:
- Warm up on bicycle 10-15 minutes
- Sit in sauna for 20 minutes.
- Cool shower to rinse off
- Back into sauna for 20 minutes
- Cool shower
- You have 1 hour to complete your session
