Golf Fitness

Many of the top golfers today know the importance of physical fitness and how it relates to optimum performance as well as avoiding golf related injuries. This holds true for golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Jason is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor by TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) to perform a detailed physical screen to uncover any physical restrictions in your golf swing, as well as measuring the key components of the motion such as joint stability, mobility, and balance.

Our program includes:

-A videotaped swing analysis to uncover common swing faults.
-A full physical screen to uncover physical restrictions as they relate to your golf swing.
-A personalized workout to improve physical fitness and remove these restrictions for a better swing, and less chance of injury.

This program is designed to be used not only during the season, but also as a way to prepare yourself physically before the season starts, and to maintain physical conditioning during the winter months.
